[‘Graveyard for living people’: New report describes HORROR inside ICE’s largest detention center](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJrRx6rwQtI)
A new report issued jointly by the American Civil Liberties Union and Human Rights Watch details the hellish conditions inside Camp East Montana, America’s country’s largest ICE detention center in Texas. It alleges rampant abuse inside the facility, including brutal physical attacks by the guards and people being denied necessary medical care. The report relied on interviews from former detainees who survived it.
Man, legacy media sure is doing some incredible gymnastics to avoid using the terms “concentration camp” and “ethnic cleansing”.
concentration camp
History will remember Ice detention facilities in the same chapter as Auschwitz. Not the same paragraph yet, but we’re moving that way.
Thousands vanished from alligator Alcatraz without a word. No one knows where they went. They could be in escot or Africa, but they talk about the ones they’ve sent there. They don’t talk about those people. It’s hard not to draw conclusions in secrecy.
That isn’t the part that should scare you, it’s not that “They don’t talk about those people.”, It’s that “those people” never talk themselves… because if they aren’t making socks in a sweatshop somewhere under a slum in South Africa, they’re probably dead.
History is written by the victors, so expect a few books illustrating valiant Trump and his men defeating the brown turban-wearers for a few decades. Ask a kid in a few years to take a peek at their History textbook if it isn’t in short-form-meme format by then.
Given how many history books were written by confederates it seems like history is written by people who can write and have enough time and money to do so.
They didn’t win tho?
Unless you consider Trump as the south ‘rising again’. Some might.
