That’s understandable, pirating is fine, selling pirated content is totally not.
You might try contacting the person who shared those, maybe they’ll still share if you promise not to sell it.
If this person shared the original discs, how did they know the pirate is using their copy to burn discs? Unless the pirate did something dumb……

I hope this person gets physically robbed. I would without remorse steal from this person. As in break into their home and take their stuff.
