    The people making these ought to install them in their own head to confirm whether these neurons remember any kind of suffering that may have occured.

      That’s a philosophical question they have no real answer to and why they probably shouldn’t fucking do this

        Thoughts are composed of a large number of neurons, similar to a computer composted of many circuits. There actually is a real answer to the question.

        Should add I’m not trying to be confrontational as you clearly are passionate about this. Just trying to keep it fact based.

          A single perceptron is proven to be able to solve a simple mathematical problem, so I don’t think you can hand wave this away by assuming a thought has to have more neurons to be complex enough to be considered a “thought”. That isn’t a scientific fact or answer to the problem.
