Referencing a document from 1902, not explaining how it is relevant 124 years later, and not describing anything actionable leads to an inevitable conclusion that you only express these things to feel better about yourself without making a material impact. It doesn’t matter if you think you shouldn’t do the work for other people. You can’t even describe your own point of view.
