Im confused.
Holding hands with another person is harder than standard or suicide grip under a barbell, because holding someone’s hand means leaving the gym for an extended period of time
I don’t work out and I don’t see any difference whatsoever between the first two
Thumb position. First one is standard - safer. Second one is sometimes called suicide grip, because it can slip out and well do a lot of damage to you.
