Announcing that you intend to misgender people is a pretty good reason for us to ban you given the nature of our instance. Notice how at the end of your comment you make it clear you will call someone a “dude” whether they like to be called one or not.

It’s always good to consider your audience, I guess is my take. So for instance, since my development team at work ia comprised of both men and women, I don’t used the term “boyscout changes” and instead just “scout changes.” But also, I’m not gonna nitpick and get lost in nuance. For instance, the exclamation of “DUDE!” has no gender connotations to me. And if it offends someone… get over it dude.

Notice how at the end you say people should simply get over you calling them a dude while calling them a dude again, specifically after they’ve expressed they would rather you didn’t.

I would have written “nazi” if I removed the comments because I thought you were a nazi and would then promptly have banned you.

We considered your comments without the context of who the guy really was. We still found them in poor taste.

Your scenario wasn’t terribly relevant to a nazi propagandist being hung after the war, after the holocaust. It came across as trying to paint the idea that nazis were hung as bad. When others brought up death tolls alluding to genocide you likened the idea of killing nazis to the current US government killing reporters.

He was banned from blåhaj back then, so I’m happy to say I’ve not really seen him since. Someone did share his odd recent ranting community he made where he wrote to himself about how evil and mean we are or something for asking people to either block/ignore/report or use the requested pronouns of other users. He’s obsessed apparently.
