The commission’s findings were published on Wednesday following a nearly three-year investigation into complaints filed by 367 of some 140,000 South Korean children who were adopted to six European countries, including Denmark – which called on South Korea to investigate the adoptions back in 2022 – the United States and Australia.

Why are Europeans adopting so many South Koreans? Aren’t there enough European children to adopt?

Do they mixup north and South Korea and think they’re saving the child or something?

It’s especially ironic that South Korea is in the middle of a demographic squeeze, with not enough people having children to make up for the ‘replacement rate.’

And here they were a generstion ago, exporting children.
