    Probably doing active surveillance on you and sending state and corporate relevant summaries somewhere. Most surveillance is passive and mostly from written text as that data is cheaper to store, if you can convince rubes that the memory usage is good you can use their processing power for free to crunch heavier formats like video, audio, and photos rather than paying a data center to do surveillance.

    Don’t make me tap the sign… Unused RAM is wasted RAM! Having 1 gig allocated to it doesn’t really mean anything unless it’s impacting your other processes, and there’s no way to judge that based on the information he’s given us here

        Well it’s kinda the opposite, isn’t it? Preallocating free memory for things in case they need them. Otherwise switching tasks would be more cumbersome. Although the assuming I will need to use copilot is a little galling, yes
