Pretty sure an old flatscreen TV I used to use as a monitor was around 1280:720 and wasn’t all that much bigger around the surrounding bits. So probably around that size. Just for my room, though.
For a kitchen, I would take an actually small flat screen ( around a foot, foot and a half length wise ) since that’s roughly what we had growing up after we got rid of the old small CRT we had up.
Living room, I’m so used to what I think is a flat screen around five and a half, suxt feet long that it would feel weird not having something that long. So, probably something around that size. Mainly because it’s a great size for when you have guests over and are trying to play games.
