And isn’t a tiny screen how Nolan watched the dailies while filming? He certainly didn’t have a 50’ screen in his trailer on the beach in Greece.

Since it was shot in film he probably watched it on a projector in a theater.
A daily is a print done the same day as shooting for review. Here’s a film editing station that would be used to review dailies.
