    I’ve found most cat harnesses are more of a gentleman’s agreement. If they want out, they’re going to get out. I’m open to suggestions, tho. This big boy doesn’t get to go very far out of the neighborhood anymore.

      My cat escaped for a weekend because he got a fright and slipped out of his harness. I’ve found that wrapping the leash around his body, under the harness is somewhat more secure.

      That way, if they pull, the leash tightens behind their elbows and reduces the possibility of them pulling out of it.
