There has been no protests of the current administration, there were parades followed by brunch. IF there were protests they would be protesting the systems that gave us Trump instead of a single cog in the machine. They dont want to change the system, they want to be the ones calling the shots, the ones protecting the status quo

As people learn more about the nuances of politics they CAN become leftists, which has a pretty wide range of ideas on HOW to change America.
You can shit on the people who are not as far left as you are, causing division and making the right wing’s job that much easier, or you can have conversations with those people and show them the evils of the current system and why we should strive to improve it further.
Most people get invested in politics because they know that change is needed, either though something happening to them or someone close to them.
I think the majority of people truly invested in maintaining the current system are grifters, the elite, and politicians holding power.
