So…a popular recipe for those who hunt and eat bear is to take the tenderloin, cook it like this with a wild blueberry and mushroom sauce. It’s fantastic. I choose bear too. It looks just like this but replace the strawberry with mushrooms.
Edit: I’m not speciesist. I’ll sometimes choose man, but the preparation is completely different.

Man, I wish bear was safe medium like this. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much a guaranteed case of trichinosis.
