Back when I took civics, we learned how to file land transfer paperwork, which is a similar thing. Of course, we were also taught how to balance a checkbook, make a budget, write a check and how the jury system worked. Is any of that stuff taught anymore?

I was in highschool in the '90s and we learned budgeting, checkbooks, stocks/investing, and some other things. I think Jury was covered in our government classes. Nothing about land transfer or title stuff (or other real legal paperwork).
