Nobody said you shouldn’t act responsible within your abilities, just that the system won’t be repaired by individuals consuming differently in any way (Big corpos would just adapt to extract your money in a new way). Consumers can’t do jack shit about the greater economical structures at play except voting, and, well… apparently that also doesn’t do enough.
