    I dunno, having been sick and unable to do anything productive has always driven me nuts. If I was in that situation, I would jump at the chance to do something other than sit there like a vegetable.

        Don’t waste your effort - lemmygrad users have been universally ableist as hell in my experience.

        They’re generally the productivity cult kind of socialist, unfortunately.

          i, too, have seen somewhat of a trend. i need to stop getting surprised when i spend time outside of gender queer and crip spaces lol

          this isn’t the same as living your life with a disability. i’m not going to continue the conversation from here, but please do educate yourself as it’s not great still seeing such ableism on the left

            Not sure what specifically is ableist about sharing personal experience or suggesting that a disabled person might possibly have a desire to be productive, but you do you.
