No matter the country, all they do is just smear graffiti, destroy public property, be drunk, starting fighta and being generally obnoxious POS. Football clubs should be liable for any damage those mfs do. And if that means that they need to raise ticket prices, good. Maybe this will discourage those mfs from going to the stadium.

People don’t join these groups because they like football.
They join because they want to get drunk, fight, and smash things up, and need an ‘excuse’ to do that, and similar people to do it with.
