The people & rainbow are on both of them, she’s just more angled to the right on the bottom one. You can still see part of the red of the rainbow between her hand, and the people on the edge of the top photo. Frills go around the whole dress but they look a bit more flattened because of the wind. Pretty confident in saying these are real photos
