    If I posted that to every asklemmy question I didn’t care about, I’d be very busy. What is the point of posting that rather than ignoring a question you don’t care about?

    Personally I think there is value in people trying to discern what is and isn’t AI and developing those skills.

      Yeah it’s actually my 10yo daughter who sent me this image and asked me if it’s AI. I’m teaching her to be on the lookout for ai generated images so that she can stay vigilant and not fall for scams using ai images to create a narrative.

      I believe I can have an opinion on absolutely anything, just as you can. I don’t disparage or insult people, but I do share my opinion. What’s the point of any of this?

        Well we do all have opinions on everything, but one learns over time that many of them aren’t worth sharing and contribute more to the noise than any useful signal. I’m still working on that myself BTW, and the internet is virtually designed to make us bad at that.

          As long as we are respectful to each other, you can have an opinion on anything. I won’t censure you, and I expect the same in return.
