What I’m seeing here is that the USSR as a whole decided to make it their official position to advise against Chinese communists giving up on the effort to co-opt the Kuomintang as a movement/organization, and you’re saying that somehow equates to Joseph Stalin personally doing harm to the Chinese communist revolution.
