If the best argument you can bring for your point is that it is literally not forbidden to say it, maybe do everybody else a favour and just shut up.
Freedom of speech is important, but not a good argument enhancer.
It’s not the best, just the fastest.
It simply does no harm to anyone in any way verifiable or demonstrable, either directly or indirectly, therefore it cannot be considered a bad thing.
