I’m saying that the word list is probably specified by the instance admins in the settings of the instance server, and isn’t accessible to users. Lemmy.ml is known to be rather opinionated. However, I’m not familiar with the settings of a Lemmy server firsthand, so can’t say for sure.
Why do I keep seeing removed instead of some words? If anyone removed about a pack of onions?

Your instance (lemmy.ml) has a word filter - words in the filter get turned into removed.
