“Monochrome” seems somewhat of a hybrid between a cruise missile and a killer robot. It’s a cruise missile which evaluates things it sees, and decides which target is worth attacking. What instructions it gets before launch, hasn’t been disclosed so far, but everything suggests those are fairly abstract instructions.
