Mamdani, a proudly socialist 33-year-old, holds a 44-36 percent lead over over former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo – who was hoping that New Yorkers had short memories, and were ready to re-elect the textbook centrist Democrat.

However, after the disaster of Trump’s first year back in the White House – with everyday American life interrupted by protests, immigration raids, corruption allegations and the unshakebale feeling that the nation is about to enter World War 3… It seems the pendulum is swinging back towards left-wing politics.

It appears that the success of Mamdani isn’t so much a vote against Trumpian politics, but more a vote against the stale nothingness of the Democrats top brass – who, while pitching themselves as the progressive option in America’s political system, very seldom action – or even – offer – left-wing policies.

If you advocate against the DNC then you’re not advocating for progressive policies.

Also I never actually called them a Tankie, I just said people like them don’t like discussing policies and that Tankies avoid it like the plague, ya’ll collectively accepted the label on your own.

The DNC shoots down Sanders The DNC nominates center-right politicians The DNC pushes pro-corporate, anti-labor policies The DNC takes war-monger money, and pushes for more wars

“If you advocate against the DNC then you’re not advocating for progressive policies.”

One of these things is not like the others

Sanders lost the primary because he couldn’t get as many votes.

The GOP are the corporate party, the DNC are at this point one of the sole sources of taxes and regulations.

The DNC are pro-union, pro wage increase, and pro protections for workers. In contrast, Republicans are out there trying to repeal labor laws to get more children involved in meat packaging industrial plants.

The difference between the DNC and GOP on aggressive foreign affairs is night and day.

But all of that aside, whats your plan once the DNC start losing more seats and Republicans gain a supermajority?

And Sanders didn’t get as many votes, because the DNC teamed up to stop him: “Joe Biden was not picked in 2020 because he was the only person that could beat Donald Trump. He was picked because he was the only person that could beat Bernie Sanders”

The DNC is also a corporate party. They’ve spent billions helping out their friends, while leaving the poor and working class to fend for themselves. Their taxes and regulations are a joke.

If the DNC is pro-union, why do they pick anit-union politicians that shoot down union strikes and efforts? Why did the strip the minimum wage increase from their bill?

They both want to bomb kids, back a genocide, and send immigrants to torture prisons. While yes, they do have differences in foreign policy, those big three are pretty big, and pretty disgusting. If they want votes, maybe they should differentiate themselves, instead of just continuing Republican policies.

My plan is the same as it was when the DNC had a majority: Support parties that actually fight for what I want, and push back on parties like the Republicans and Democrats who fight against what I want.

I never said anything about the Greens. I do think that the Democrats are pretty awful with the the representatives that they do and have had.

Haha, there goes the loyalist speak again. You really have no other argument than the tired old “if you don’t support the Democrats, you’re a fascist” one, do you. Must be easy living life with zero nuance like that.

So you’ve attempted to link these people with the label Tankies, and now you blame them for correctly reading your intention? What is this clown show you’re attempting to perform? Do you think we’re stupid or something?
