The crunchy topping with the nutty flavour is perfect for pizza, and since its debut at the prestigious Windy Frog restaurant in the culinary capital of the UK, Slough, it has taken the country by storm.

Autumn is the time of year to collect fresh acorns and add them to your pizza, or simply bake them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C, and have them as a delicious side dish.
