    Ahhh yes suing the business that’s gone bankrupt I’m sure that always works.

      Iron Mountain did not go bankrupt, a middleman company called OSS did. Iron Mountain had a contract with OSS to store the data, and can’t release it to anyone else without a court order. Nine PBS is suing Iron Mountain to get that court order so they can legally retrieve their data.
