I hope this costs them dearly. I deleted my account when the upvote bans started rolling out, but they should all go broke for this. Censorship is the antithesis of what reddit used to stand for. I’m now rooting for reddit’s downfall after using the platform for 13+ years.
Same here. (Granted, doxxing and violence are not cool, but from the article’s reporting it’s not clear if this actually occurred or was just alleged. I’m leaning more towards the latter - at least “standards” were probably applied more strictly and harshly. Musk wouldn’t have had to personally ask for an intervention if these rules were generally and clearly getting broken…)
Yes of course, harassment should never be tolerated. I wouldn’t be surprised if all these bans were because of Elon, u/spez is a huge fan of the dude.
