    Not only did we give the big telecoms hundreds of billions of dollars to build fibre (that they pocketed), but now they’re deciding that even asking for that is too much.

    Nope, nope see this still isn’t technologically neutral. It’s not fair to dial-up and DSL. They had better lower the standard down to 56kbps upload and download to be fair. Not dial-up’s fault it can’t push faster speeds and it’s pure DEI agenda not to set the bar at the slowest, oldest tech that someone is still making money off of. Pure discrimination against internet over telephone lines even allowing these faster speed options at all really if you think about it.
