Please just tell them. There’s a good chance they don’t know and everyone’s too nice to say anything. Imo, it’s way more kind to tell someone privately than to not tell them at all
Idk. Had a guy I worked with years back that just would not shower or use deodorant. Like if you saw the guy about to take the same elevator as you, you slowed down and took a different elevator. Dude also wore those vibram foot shoes so you smelled his feet too. I think HR had to finally talk to him about it after enough people complained.

Did it change after HR talked to him? That would seem to strengthen my point
