Force them to live in as a hermit in a loghouse and make them work with pay by performance without headphones or earplugs and once are settled in and happy, make loud vehicle noises while screaming yeeehuuuu with incessant honking outside their house when they are out trying to sleep or working. Be inconsistent so they freak out everytime and keep anticipating the next one.
