They did have a city council meeting to discuss it, but they had it during 4th of july week–when most people in this small town are on vacation. I don’t think that was an accident.

Where I live, it was not voted on. They just showed up one day. They did have a city council meeting to discuss it, but they had it during 4th of july week–when most people in this small town are on vacation. I don’t think that was an accident.
