The bombastic former Breitbart News editor was apprehended in Louisiana at an airport, according to TMZ, but the circumstances behind his detention were not immediately clear.

The 41-year-old Brit served as an unpaid summer intern for former US Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in 2022, and worked on West’s stunt 2024 White House bid, serving as his director of political operations.

He famously arranged a sit-down dinner between President Trump and the “Heartless” rapper, which was also attended by white nationalist Nick Fuentes.

ICE is just trying to meet their insane daily arrest quota. They don’t care whom the machine eats.

“Who” is grammatically correct there, as the subject of the phrase. “Whom” is an object.

No, the subject of the dependent clause is “the machine,” which eats. Whom does the machine eat? The immigrants, of course!

I’ve also diagrammed sentences for fun. I’m now a language teacher.

In the sentence, ”X is eaten by the machine,” X is in the subjective (what most languages call nominative, making “who” correct) and the patient, but the machine is the agent.

In the sentence, ”the machine eats X,” X is in the objective (often compared to accusative, but everything that isn’t subjective or possessive is objective in English) and the machine is both subjective and the agent.
