Unless there is an agreed upon metric for determining who is killed because of an ideology and who was killed within it and also accounting for stuff like revolutions and wars. Say, Vietnam everyone who died in that war could be counted as either or, the soldiers who fought for communism died from both, same for the soldiers fighting for capitalism. They died defending something and to go fight and get killed by the other thing. You could call it either way.
Capitalism still easily outweighs communism on the deaths it’s responsible for and the fairness of those deaths being low. IE: people in opposition to revolution being killed or nazis in ww2, those are justified and should count as a credit if anything for the lives they saved with their actions.
