    Phrasing sucks. I think it means “consumers refuse to buy second-hand EVs because they fear that batteries would lose a shitton of capacity. Turns out, they’re fine. The batteries, we mean.”

    Which is both good news (yay for good capacity on second-hand cars) and bad news (because EVs depreciate super fast and I’m counting on it to afford one, and may not depreciate as much anymore).
