I live in an HOA but its legit like 6 houses and they actually use the money we put in to make our living situation better. One year it snowed so much that they hired people to shovel all of our roofs. Small HOA has been a great experience. The fee is only like $150 a month.
It’s all great until a couple of crazy little Hitlers move in and take over.
