Can confirm. Was in Belgrade MT one day in April where it went from -19F to 43F over the day, and it wasn’t abnormal at all.
That’s not even uncommon. We get that pretty much every year. People think it’s cold all year around. Nope. Not at all
It’s noteworthy because the frequency and extremity are becoming more frequent and more extreme.
