Most countries in Europe has a gcwr of 48t and that is done with a 4x2 or 6x2/2 truck that has way lower rolling resistance compared to a 6x4 or 6x6 truck. Also, the Tesla cab looks insanely long compared to a European sleeper cab, which is a problem as trucks in Europe are limited to 18,75 meters (with exceptions of course)
And yet the Tesla cab is only a day cab. The driver’s seat is in the center, with a passenger seat right behind it. So there’s not even room for a bed.
