It’s definitely not an AI generated image, because the text is a consistent font and none of it is mangled, just silly, and because if you look close you can see it’s CGI from the lighting and how things are shaped. I think it’s either a joke from a game like Cities Skylines, or it’s a mod also trying to be funny.
