No it’s not acceptable it’s just racism 101. A lot of racist white people think the exact same way about some minorities. Also systemic racism doesn’t need you to be white to keep it alive. No, that is pure nonsense. It is not a “race” who is oppressing anybody. It is certain groups of people, usually a political and economical elite who are doing the oppressing. Conflating it with race (which is not even a real concept) is the epitome of racism and directing efforts at the wrong reasons. Oppressors love that kind of bigoted stuff, because it causes people to miss the actual factors of oppression.
