They understand that it’s just called racism, but it’s not universally seen as wrong. There are a lot of countries with significant racial prejudice, besides the US. Thinking it just doesn’t exist elsewhere is naive.

That’s actually a valid point. But I was speaking in a more general sense, in that literally nowhere else in the world will you hear the phrase “reverse racism”.
They said everywhere else thinks it’s wrong. I guess what I said technically isn’t the same, but if everyone thought it was wrong it wouldn’t exist. Regardless, my point still stands that it isn’t seen as wrong everywhere else either. There are a lot of places where it’s seen as normal, or even good.
