      It does work with some bosses who get really confused about your non concern, especially if they see you normally work really hard and get shit done. They kind of don’t know what to do about it if they don’t want to lose you.

      I’ve seen people pull it off and also sometimes they’re just burnt the fuck out and don’t care, especially if the time you choose to do it doesn’t make them look worse or add work for them.

      Make your boss’s life easy 90% of the time time and they usually won’t care.

      You really have to find the sort of job where you have specific things you need to get done and done well, and if you accomplish that you generally make your own hours.
