I’m aware “white ‘chocolate’” is just cocoa butter or not actual chocolate but I wonder why there isnt a dark white chocolate if even only as a marketing gimmick

It’s hard to imagine there being any demand for this aside from maybe playing a prank or some other sort of deception.
Psychologically, my favorite choco bars are like the kinder egg chocolate or Aero White, i know its probably the cheapest shit but I think my brain codes it as the vanilla equivaent of chocolate even tho its cocoa butter or something. I wish vanilla could be a bar like chocolate, not just the taste but like actual vanilla, I wish it was like cacao or whatever
