White is about 10% of the population. It doesn’t matter much that the 7 billion gone used less than them. 8 billion to 800 million. It feels like it can’t help but reduce the world CO2 output significantly
And then the economic damage of losing Asia is unimaginable. You’ve never seen a depression like that would be. No manufactured goods would be available until Europe and the remains of America bring up industry
