    Banning things has never worked. Just look back at history, it just drives things underground.

      It does work. It objectively reduces whatever is banned. Just because enforcement cannot be 100%, that does not mean outlawing certain activities is a failure. Prohibition, for example, reduced alcohol consumption by 70%.

        No it didn’t. Alcohol sales increased during prohibition. A lot of people got rich through the sale of alcohol flooding through from Canada.
