Gaming. I’m in my 30s and the 30s was the age bracket I’ve heard where few can carry on gaming through, because it has a tendency to die here. I piss away so much time doing other things that gaming just takes a backseat. I’m not even married or have kids.
Buying a house that I don’t have to become a finished carpenter, plumber, electrician, and who knows what else to make it livable.

Don’t the HOA fees fall under the money category for condos? I guess it depends where you are. Most condos in my area have fees that range from $250 to $400 a month, and that only covers landscaping, the roof (if it’s connected units), and the automatic gate (if there is one).
Not sure what the question is exactly, but I’m hoping condo fees are less than maintaining a house. It covers everything outside the interior walls of the apartments, basically.
