I’m sorry you think that was condescending and patronizing. I’m not accustomed to dealing with people who are so sensitive. My apologies.
Perhaps you can explain why you think my standards are low, comparing Hasan to Gore Vidal. Do you even know who Gore Vidal is? Your response makes me think you didn’t have a clue.
When narcissists encounter criticism, they often react with a range of intense emotions. Anger and defensiveness are common initial responses, as narcissists perceive criticism as a personal attack on their character or abilities. They may lash out at the person providing the feedback, attempting to discredit or intimidate them to maintain their superior self-image. Additionally, narcissists may experience profound feelings of hurt and wounded pride, as their high sensitivity to criticism leaves them feeling exposed and vulnerable.

Blame-shifting is another common strategy employed by narcissists when faced with criticism. Rather than accepting responsibility for their mistakes or shortcomings, they may assign fault to others, making them the scapegoat for any negative outcomes. By redirecting the blame, narcissists can maintain their sense of infallibility and avoid the discomfort of admitting their own flaws.
And again you are dodging the questions and instead focusing on irrelevancies.
This is pretty typical behavior for people who criticize Hasan. Instead of engaging in actual dialogue, they get emotional and try to steer the convo into side arguments.
Perhaps you should watch some Hasan on Youtube so you have a better grasp of what he’s all about.
There’s really no need to be insulting and hostile, friend.
But condescending and patronizing is acceptable?

This is a deflection, sweetheart. And not a very good one, I’m GenX and that sort of whinging has no effect on me.
