Far from it tbh. It’s a one-party state ruled by a party that claims to be communist, but holds a monopoly on political power, controls the military and there are no free multi-party elections. It also is heavily market-oriented with a massive private sector and a stock market.

It’s capitalist with a very authoritarian regime. It’s closer to fascism than communism.
