If it’s only organic, pour bleach on it or, better yet, sodium hypochlorite. It will dissolve pretty much all that should go down a toilet.

      or, better yet, sodium hypochlorite.

If they don’t even own a plunger, what would lead anyone to believe they have a jug of that just lying around?

        General cleaning, desinfection, washing clothes?

It is a basic household chemical, common bleach.

What if all their cereal bowls are plunger heads? Then they might have a chance.

I find myself split between horror and admiration and am in doubt if I should applaud you or call the internet police.

      Household bleach is sodium hypochlorite.

Also if it doesn’t work - and I’ve no reason to see it would, in a reasonable timeframe - instead of it merely being gross, it will be a clogged toilet full of bleach.

Household bleach is diluted sodium hypochlorite. Usually, in a 1 to 10 ratio, if not more. Bleach can give a rash, sodium hypochlorite can cause serious burns.
