I strongly believe people like this, who actually make and organize those horrific videos/groups, will NEVER be rehabilitated in the sense that they get cleared of these impulses.
Every society is better off if they are just permanently dissapeared from any public interaction.
Slap a drug pump on their backs and have them so doped up they can only shuffle onwards for the rest of their days.
This is not excusable as like rehabilitate-able behavior, he should fertilize an apple tree and be happy about it because that’s the only configuration of his atoms I could see that’d actually benefit anyone.

seems like a waste of resources. I’d feed him to the animals he tortured.
Save the drugs. Bury him.
I personally say face them against a wall, but I know that overall people don’t like that solution.
