Ok, so that’s a pretty inoffensive form of bot. It’s not the bots pretending to be real people, which is what I think of when I hear “Russian Bot”.
It’s presumably also better behaved than the crawlers used by the AI companies. Those just refresh indices, but they’re way more aggressive than the ones typically used by search companies, and often don’t respect the robots.txt file.
